Refund policy
RETURNS
If you wish to initiate a return Narelle Jewellery will review a formal return request via email or via your order page on your online account.
At Narelle Jewellery our return/refund policy allows a window of 14 days from the date of purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your
return, If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as some details on how and where to send your returns package.
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please do not send an item back to us without first requesting a return as we may not accept it.

WARRANTY
All our products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Gold-plated styles have a limited six-month warranty. Proof of purchase is required for repairs or replacements.
JEWELLERY RETURNS
We'll always do our best to handle returns with care but for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on earrings. Thank you for understanding and please shop with this in mind.
EXCHANGES
If you aren't quite feeling your piece and want to exchange an item, please contact us at Narellejewellery@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an item of your choice will be available. We will only look to exchange items within 14 days of the original purchase.
