Shipping policy
SHIPPING
Orders are processed only on working days from Monday to Friday. Weekend's or public holiday orders will be handled on the next business day.
Issues within the courier network are not at fault of Narelle Jewellery.
An invoice will be included with your order; use the order number for returns or exchanges.

STOCK AVAILABILITY:
If the product you wish to purchase is not available you will be notified by the online team and refunded as soon as-possible.
DELIVERIES WITHOUT SIGNATURE
Due to the nature of courier systems, we do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they have been signed for or where you have authorised your delivery to be left unattended at your shipping address.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If something unforeseen pops up and you notify us before Jewellery is dispatched, we can look at an order cancellation. Although, at our discretion if an item has been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation or request a fee if we can intercept the order.
